Oriental Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil until browned on all sides.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over browned meat.
    Simmer on stove top for approximately 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
