Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cubes Nucoa butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation

Bring to a soft-ball stage. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over air popped popcorn (6 quarts). Stir very good. Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Stir just before dumping onto countertop. Gently break into small pieces. Enjoy!
