Blueberry Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 1/4 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon extract or lemon juice
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation

In a saucepan, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and cinnamon.
Stir in the blueberries and orange juice.
Cook and stir until mixture is bubbly.
Cover and set aside.
