Short-Cut Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    1 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
Preparation
    Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
    Brown chicken on both sides.
    Remove chicken and set aside.
    Combine soup, wine and water; stir in rice mix.
    Pour mixture into skillet and bring to boil.
    Arrange chicken over rice; cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
