Marinated Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) boneless roast
    1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle tenderizer on each side of roast and pierce with fork.
    Place roast in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Mix well.
    Pour over roast.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Bake in marinade for about 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
