Skillet Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison, thinly sliced
    1 bottle Kraft Italian salad dressing
    1 box Spanish style Rice-A-Roni
    2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and chilies
Preparation
    Marinate venison in the Kraft Italian salad dressing overnight.
    Remove and brown the meat in a skillet.
    While meat is browning, in a second skillet, prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions, but add tomatoes or 2 cups canned, chopped tomatoes, and Ro-Tel.
    When Rice-A-Roni is ready to simmer, add browned venison, cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
    Serve with crackers and salad.
