Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. apples, chopped
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix Wesson oil, sugar, eggs and apples.
Add dry ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
