Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
1/2 head cabbage
8 oz. mushrooms
3 medium carrots
1 small onion
1 small green pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp. canola oil
cumin
curry
pepper
soy sauce
Preparation

Cut or chop vegetables to suitable size.
Cut boneless, skinless chicken breast into 1/2 to 1-inch cubes.
Heat oil on high.
Stir-fry chicken; add vegetables.
Fry for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and simmer on medium heat.
While simmering, season with cumin, curry and pepper to taste.
Simmer until desired crispness or tenderness of vegetables.
Add more soy sauce as necessary.
