Shells Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    6 to 7 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Add water, 3 tablespoons at a time, until moistened.
    Divide in half.
    Form ball with each half; roll onto floured surface to fit pan.
