Ingredients

9 graham cracker shells
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1 can pitted whole apricots
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. apricot syrup
1/2 c. strained orange juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually add milk; blend well.
Add lemon juice and orange extract.
Pour into shells.
Put a slice of apricot on top.
In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in orange and apricot juice.
Cook until thick and clear.
Cool and spoon on top of tarts.
Chill for several hours.
