Pineapple Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag miniature marshmallows
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix evaporated milk and sugar in a large bowl.
    Pour marshmallows in, stir to coat.
    Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, pour pineapple into marshmallows.
    Beat whipping cream into marshmallows.
    Beat whipping cream in another bowl until whipped and fluffy.
    Fold into marshmallows.
    If desired, quarter or halve maraschino cherries and mix in.
