Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix flour and spices.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, pumpkin and vanilla.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Spread on greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Loosen and turn out on linen towel covered with powdered sugar.
    Roll and put in freezer to cool. While cake is cooling, mix ingredients for frosting.
