Coconut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. coconut
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    8 oz. candied pineapple (cut up)
    8 oz. candied cherries (cut up)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a very large bowl.
    Put into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 2 hours or until brown on top.
