Mom'S Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1 lb. bacon, diced
    1 small red onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 box dark brown sugar
    5 heaping Tbsp. ketchup
    vinegar
    2 (64 oz.) cans B & M baked beans
    1 (30 oz.) can kidney beans
    2 (30 oz.) cans pork and beans (remove fat cubes)
    2 (30 oz.) cans butter beans
Preparation
    Saute onion, bacon and sirloin together; drain well.
    In a large pan, mix meat mixture with beans and mustard.
    Sprinkle sugar and ketchup on top, then mix together entire casserole. Just prior to baking, sprinkle vinegar lightly over top of mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
