Show-Off Vegetable Plate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods or 1 large head cauliflower
    butter and salt
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    2 baskets cherry tomatoes
    1 small can chopped black olives, drained
Preparation
    Steam pea pods or cauliflower head until done.
    Drain and season to taste with butter and salt.
    Brown mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter and then add tomatoes and olives.
    Cover and steam through. Remove from heat just before tomato skins pop.
    Salt to taste.
