Creamy Orange-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. whipping cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Add water to juice to make 1 cup; heat to boil.
    Add boiling liquid to jello and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
    Cool, stirring occasionally.
    Fold cream, carrot and pineapple into cooled gelatin.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill.
