Skillet Steak 'N Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 c. water
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Trim excess fat from steak.
Cut into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge steak in flour mixture. Brown steak in hot oil.
Add broth and water.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Turn meat and top with potatoes and onion.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
Serves 6.
