Mississippi Mud Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut, flaked
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and cocoa.
Add eggs.
Mix with electric mixer.
Add flour, vanilla, coconut and nuts.
Put batter in greased bar or jelly roll pan.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven.
Put marshmallow cream on top and let set a minute and then spread.
Cool.
