Citrus Crown Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar (12 oz.) orange marmalade
2/3 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease generously and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
Combine marmalade, coconut and melted butter in small bowl.
Pour into pan.
Prepare cake following package directions. Pour batter over marmalade mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Invert cake onto serving plate.
Cool completely.
