Swedish Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour
1 egg white
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Cream together the butter, sugar, egg yolk and flour. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Dip in egg white, then roll in nuts. Place on cookie sheet and press down center with thumb. Bake 5 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Remove and press down gently again. Bake 15 more minutes. Cool. Fill with jelly.
