Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg, beaten well
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cut together flour, sugar, salt and Crisco until crumbly.
    Add vinegar, beaten egg and cold water and blend well, using a fork. Dough will be moist.
    Pat by small balls into lightly greased pie pans.
    This dough can be rolled out too by using less water.
    This is a never fail pie dough.
    Makes 4 or 5 single crust pies.
