Swedish Rusks (Skorpor) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    3 to 4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix as a cake.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in a long sheet pan (10 x 15-inch).
    Cut into strips.
    Remove from pan when cool and bake at 200\u00b0 until light brown, for about 1 hour.
    These are great with coffee in the morning!
