Campfire Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns with onions and peppers (one-half 24 oz. pkg.)
Preparation
    Add potatoes to 2 tablespoons fat. Stir-fry until light brown. Beat 6 eggs and pour over potatoes.
    Stir until cooked.
    Sprinkle with bacon pieces and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
