Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash potatoes, peel and slice thinly (about 4 cups).
In greased 2-quart casserole, arrange potatoes in four layers.
Sprinkle each of the first 3 layers with 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Dot with butter.
Sprinkle top with onion, salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Heat milk just to scalding and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake 30 minutes, uncovered.
Bake until tender.
