Baked Chicken Breasts With Garlic & Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves on the bone
    Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Trim off any excess fat from the chicken.
    Season generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. oregano over each piece and rub with crushed garlic.
    Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and coat lightly with olive oil.
