Screaming Eagle Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 very large onion
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1+ tsp. curry powder
    1 can red kidney beans and liquid
    1 can stewed tomatoes and liquid
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef, pork and onion.
    Drain.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
    May serve over rice.
    (Really different to serve over macaroni and cheese.)
