Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add the sugar, spices and cream of tartar to the boiling water.
    Boil until a thread spins from the spoon.
    Remove from heat and add the pecans and vanilla.
    Stir until completely mixed. Turn onto wax paper and separate pecans.
