Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. peaches
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix in 2-quart saucepan first 4 ingredients.
    Stir constantly until thickens and boils.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole and keep hot in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Cut shortening into flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until resembles fine crumbs. Stir in milk.
    Drop dough into hot mixture in 6 spoonfuls.
    Bake until topping is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
