My Own Special Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 or 4 large mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can beef broth
    2 tsp. Gravy Master
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Add sliced mushrooms and poultry seasoning.
    Add water, about 1/2 cup at a time, until vegetables are soft, then add beef broth, a cup of water and Gravy Master.
    When it comes to a boil, add rice.
    Cook until liquid is absorbed.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
