Stir-Fried Shrimp And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp (raw)
    1 c. onion
    3 Tbsp. white wine
    1 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. bean sprouts (fresh)
    1/2 medium Chinese cabbage (fresh)
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
    Add onion; stir for 3 minutes on medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp, broccoli, bean sprouts and Chinese cabbage all at the same time.
    Stir while food is frying on medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce; stir for 1 minute and remove.
    Serve with brown rice.
