Aunt Beth'S Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. raw white rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    In a casserole, put sauteed onion, rice, beef consomme and water.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
