Microwave Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans, slightly drained
    1/2 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In a 3-quart microproof casserole, combine onion, green pepper and margarine.
    Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in beans, corn syrup and mustard.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave, stirring once, 12 to 14 minutes, or until heated.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
