Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 to 1/3 c. Town House crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Drain pineapple; keep juice.
Combine sugar and flour.
Add 3 to 5 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Stir until well mixed.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Pour into baking dish.
Combine melted butter and crumbs.
Spread over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until brown.
