Banana Tea Bread(Sugar-Free And Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, mashed
Preparation

Combine shortening, eggs, liquid sweetener and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients.
Fold in mashed bananas.
Turn into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Crusty and golden outside.
Makes 12 servings.
