Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small can mushrooms
    ham, sausage or bacon
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 1/2 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Cut 1 pound of Velveeta cheese in cubes.
    Place on top of bread.
    Sprinkle onion, green pepper, pimento, mushrooms, ham, sausage or bacon on top of cheese.
