Tropical Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 egg whites, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    8 oz. angel food cake, cut into cubes
    1/4 c. dark rum
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained
    3 large mangos, peeled and diced (about 3 c.)
Preparation
    Combine milk and cornstarch in a saucepan; mix until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
    Add sugar, egg whites and oil; mix well.
    Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
    Beat constantly until thickened.
    Add extracts.
