Chicken And Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 split chicken breasts
    1 large onion, sliced
    6 peeled carrots
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. white wine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Layer sliced onions on bottom of roasting pan.
    Arrange chicken breasts on top of onion.
    Arrange potatoes and carrots around chicken.
    In a bowl, mix garlic, chicken broth, white wine and lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken and vegetables.
    Sprinkle thyme, salt and pepper over chicken and vegetables.
    Roast for 45 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear.
