Ingredients

2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and cook over hot water stirring constantly until thick, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, blend in oleo and horseradish.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve with warm meat (especially good with ham).
