Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
3 drops hot sauce
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
butter
Preparation

In large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add quartered artichokes and stir over low heat for 15 minutes. Continue to cook and stir in Cheddar and Romano cheeses.
Add hot sauce, then add bread crumbs and mix well.
Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with additional bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
