Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. softened butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut flakes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except coconut, in blender.
    Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour in greased 9-inch pie pan. Let set for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
