Ritzy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen vegetables, California blend
garlic powder, basil and parsley, to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 c. chopped onions
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
pinch of garlic powder
2 to 3 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Drain and pour into shallow baking pan the frozen vegetables, garlic powder, basil and parsley.
Mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onions, water chestnuts and garlic powder.
Spread cheese mixture on top of vegetables.
Mix Ritz crackers and melted margarine.
Sprinkle over vegetables.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
