Orange Cake - cooking recipe

    1 large orange, juiced (save rind)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    3/4 c. nuts
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare tube pan; grease well.
