Sourdough Starter And Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    warm water.
    Add sugar and instant potato flakes; mix well.
    Keep Starter in glass jar with holes in
    lid. Store
    in refrigerator 5 days.
    After 5 days, remove from refrigerator and feed with the following:
