Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    rind of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar. Squeeze the lemon juice and use pulp. Combine ingredients and bake in raw pie shell for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
