Slick Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients until you have a smooth dough. Roll out on a well-floured bread board until paper thin.
Cut into strips and drop into your desired boiling broth.
Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
