Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
*Nutmeg
3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Slightly beat eggs, add sugar, cornstarch, salt, milk and stir well.
Pour into prepared pie crust.
bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 3/4 of an hour.
