Grandma'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sugar or 1 1/2 c. Splenda
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9 x 11 glass baking dish.
    Combine beaten eggs and sugar; add persimmon pulp and mix well.
    Add melted butter and mix.
    Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda and baking powder.
    Add dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk, to pulp mixture.
    Pour ingredients into baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour or until pudding pulls away from side of pan.
    Cool before serving.
