Crunchy Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    2 cans peas, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Add next 5 ingredients; mix together and pour into buttered casserole. Melt remaining margarine and add stuffing; blend.
    Place atop casserole.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 until warm (20 to 30 minutes).
