Cooked Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vinegar (weaken if too strong)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cream and flour.
    Add rest of ingredients and boil 5 minutes.
    Just before removing from stove, add 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Stir.
    Can be kept a long time.
