Spaghetti Bordelaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (8 Tbsp.) butter
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    12 oz. spaghetti
    freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat.
    Add olive oil, then garlic and salt.
    Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring, until garlic is light brown.
    Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
